CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your order 24 hours notice is required please contact us direct on 0175021215.

 

RETURNS

Faulty or damaged goods please return within 48 hours ,if you are unhappy with the service or product you received please ask to speak to Sandra, we will advise and replace where necessary.

 

REFUNDS

We are unable to refund a replacement or credit note will be issued.

 

DELIVERIES

We will always deliver on day requested but if customer/recipient  is not in we will try and leave somewhere safe and sheltered if not possible leave with a neighbour or returned to shop , we will always leave a card saying where they have been left.
